Why are you now asking for a $89 fee for filing my free 2018 taxes with you?

I always use your free version, but I have a notice from you requesting an $89 processing fee.

Are you being asked to upgrade to Deluxe or Premiere? Did you select any of the optional upgrades? To review your fees please do the follow,
    After signing in to (continuing) your online return, select the blue/green Take Me To My Return button on the main screen.
    Select Tax Tools on the left side of the screen and then Tools.
    A Tools Center box will pop up on your screen with four blue boxes.
    Select the My Fees box on the right.

Tip: If these instructions don't work (for example, on your mobile device) open the File section and then proceed to the Review Your Order screen. This also shows the breakdown of your charges.
