This did not help me.  You already charged my bank account for the Expert Assistant but I did not request it.

@user17715334909 Did you pay for the TurboTax account fees with a credit card or a debit card?  

TurboTax cannot just go to your bank and deduct funds without authorization.  You have to authorized the debit.
