Why are total dividends doubled when you add a qualified dividends amount?

Where?  1099DIV box 1b is only part or all of box 1a.  It is included in box 1a.

Agreed, @VolvoGirl. In my case, 1a = 1b and that is how I filled it out/it populates from the import. However, on the 1040, line 3b = 1a + 1b. For some reason, it counts both not recognizing that they are the same dividends.
