Why are my fees so high this year?

TurboTax has never charged me this much money...that is out of control. I was only aware of the $39.99 fee... Why would I be charged the other $104.98 fee??

This has never happened & I used the most basic package you offer. Please explain the $104.98 fee bc I will never use TurboTax again if this is not refunded, no where did it say I would be charged that much & never have I been charged this much in the many years using TurboTax.
