Why are my documents not downloading? :(

I cannot download my W-2 or 2 forms of ID.

If the problem persists, you may want to consider:

• Clearing cache and cookies.  See this or this.
• Closing TurboTax and accessing the software from another browser.

Your W-2 may be entered by hand if you are not able to download the form.  In TurboTax Online, follow these steps:

• Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal.
• Down the left side of the screen, click on Wages & Income.
• Click the down arrow to the right of Wages & Salaries.
• Click to the right of Wages and Salaries (W-2).
• Select Add a new W-2.
• Enter the employer ID from your W-2.  Select Continue.
• At the screen How would you like to add your W-2, you may select Type it in myself to enter the form manually.
