Why am i seeing that im jot recieving a tax return this year when the app told me i was recieving a refund this year?

we can't answer because we can't see your return.  if your filing showed you were getting a refund (after deducting any fees you told TT to take out of your refund) , then the IRS will send you a letter of explanation. the letter will give you the way to object to the change(s).
