No one else can see your screen or your tax return. Look at your Form 1040. If you are getting a refund it will be on line 35a. If you we tax that you need to pay, it will be on line 37

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.
Do NOT e-file until you are sure you have entered every W-2, every 1099 of any sort, every bit of information that goes in My Info, checked to see if you missed any credits or deductions, and checked to see if you went through the Federal Review and answered questions for the recovery rebate credit.
It might be that you aren't getting a refund at all. However, the refund meter is useless until everything has been entered and checked. Plus, not all the forms are finalized yet.

I'm not sure why you are not seeing the refund meter, but you can view a summary of your tax return which will list your refund or tax due.
