Why am I not getting the section to file pp taxes, sales tax & sales tax on a major purchase on the fed itemized deductions?

The personal property taxes can be entered by using the steps here.

To record your personal property tax in TurboTax use the information below.

You can go directly to the area to enter the information following these steps.

1. Sign into your account and select your current return.

2. Select  My Account on the top right and then select Tools

3. Select Topic Search (see attached image)

4. Search for personal property taxes and select Go

5. Follow the interview to enter your personal property taxes.  

Personal Property Tax is entered this way using TurboTax desktop version:

1. Sign into your account.
2. In the upper right search for personal property taxes
3. Jump to personal property taxes
4. Continue to enter your personal property taxes.

The sales tax deduction can be used if your sales tax is more than your state income tax, otherwise TurboTax will use the state and local income tax for itemized deductions.

• To record the sales tax on your purchases while you are logged into your TurboTax online:

1. My Account > Tools > Topic Search > Type sales tax > Go (image attached)
2. Continue to make the proper entries
3. Click the screenshots attached to enlarge and view for assistance.

• To record the sales tax on your purchases while you are logged into your TurboTax desktop:

1. In the search box upper right, search for sales tax
2. Jump to sales tax (image attached)
   
3. Continue to make the entries
