There is no longer a Form 1040EZ or a Fom 1040A. There is only the federal tax return Form 1040.

If there are any forms and/or schedules included with your tax return that have not yet been finalized for e-filing then you will not be able to e-file the tax return until they are finalized. Click on the Review tab for availability dates.

First of all there has not been a 1040EZ since 2017 tax returns. Since 2018 returns everyone has a Form 1040.

Many forms and schedules are not yet ready. When the IRS/state has finalized the forms you need then you will be able to file. Click Review to see what you have to wait for. The IRS is not accepting returns until January 27, so there is no hurry to file now. Filing now would not result in an early refund.
