Why am I getting the message "The Intuit Electronic finiling center is not yet accepting returns for tax year 2017" when I try to file my business taxes electronically?

I have updated the software and I am not receiving any messages about IRS forms not yet updated. Also, the date and time on my computer are correct - something that I saw on another post. I do not want to go through the hassle of uninstalling and reinstalling the software. So, is there a reason I am receiving this message?

The IRS will not be accepting any type of 2017 tax return until January 29, 2018

The IRS will hold all 2017 tax returns that have a tax refund which includes EIC and/or the Additional Child Tax Credit until mid-February.  They will release the tax refunds in late February if there are no errors on the tax return.
