I see you are using TurboTax self employed. In addition to income tax, the self employed have to pay their own social security and medicare tax in the form of "Self employment tax" (SET). SET will show, separately, on line 57 of form 1040.

Federal, single status, under age 65, tax starts at $10,400. Age 65+; $11,950. That assumes you're not somebody else's dependent; then it starts as low as $1050, but for workers $6350.
