Why am I being directed to complete/edit Form 37 for RITA. I do not know what this is and it doesn’t look familiar. -Do I have to complete this?

To verify or find out if you live in a school district or city with an income tax enter your address at:

http://www.tax.ohio.gov/Individual/LocalTaxInformation.aspx

If you do not need to file a city income tax (CIT), just ignore the form 37. It is not and can not be e-filed. So, unless you print and mail it, it never gets filed.

This is a form for Regional Income Tax in Ohio for Ohio city taxes.  If you live in Ohio and or work in Ohio you may need to file this form.  See the below link, on the left of the screen, Do I Need to File?
