IT'S A FRAUD!

Intuit will make any excuse to defraud you with this deal. For example, if you attempt to provide feedback on a technical error in the UI, or call Support to find out why you are being charged, they will upgrade you to "Live Assistance" and disqualify you without warning.

TurboTax also incorrectly added up my medical expenses and failed to capture a deduction opportunity related to state income tax paid.

I'm going to try blanking out my return and trying again from scratch (since the promotion deadline has apparently been extended from 02/18/25 to 02/28/25); otherwise, I'll just use a different filing service.
