Looks like you are posting from the Online version not the program you bought. Did you get it Installed?
I see people all the time that have bought the CD/Download Desktop Software but then somehow ended up using the Online version and didn't know it. If that happened to you, you can move your Online file to the Desktop program and continue without paying for Online or needing to reenter your info. Post back if you need to know how to move it to your Desktop program.
To continue in the desktop version see this…….
After you get the program installed the first thing to do before you open your tax return .tax file is to update the program and install any state programs you had. Then open your file. So you first might need to start a fake return to be able to download the state program (go to FILE - NEW).
You seem to have ended up in the TT Online (web) version, rather than the one you installed on your computer.
I'm running into the same issue--with the caveat being, I was getting a "free" state e-file service if I used the web browser instead of the downloaded software. Dum dum dum dum duuuummmmm
