Why am I being asked to pay $80 when I did all the work filing my taxes pretty much. I could go over to H&R block and at least they could do it for me for like $90.

The fees for Turbo Tax are for the use of the software to prepare your return.

You appear to be using Turbo Tax Deluxe, which as a fee for your Federal return and a fee for your state return.
