Why am I being asked for credit card information as I complete my 2018 tax form?

I'm about to file my 2018. Turbotax presented a page asking for my credit card info and I can't escape from it.  I have not requested any additional service.

Why am I being asked for credit card information as I complete my 2018 tax form?

This is because you have upgraded to TurboTax Deluxe. Deluxe has a fee for the federal return plus a fee for the state return. 

You can view the fees associated with your return by following the instructions below.
