Why am I always getting rejected for code IND-525 and I am sure the info is correct?

Unfortunately, this means the IRS has the wrong birth date. And if the IRS has the wrong birth date, that means it's wrong at the Social Security Administration (SSA).  You need to contact them to get your birth date corrected.

Call the Social Security Administration (SSA) at 1-800-772-1213 to verify their records (this is where the IRS database pulls from). If the info is wrong, please allow 4–6 weeks for correction.

This means you will not be able to e-file your return until the SSA has processed your correction.  If you owe, you may wish to print your return and file by mail to meet the April 15 deadline.
