Why "2020 TaxReturn.pdf", an acrobat pdf, will not upload for 2021 turbo account?

You need to transfer the tax file.   You get very little from a pdf--only personal information.  And do the transfer BEFORE you start to enter any new 2021 data.

Right...a .pdf file is like a photocopy of a paper tax return.   You need the .tax file, which includes the data files.
