While trying to login to Quickbooks it goes back to login page

Hi, 

I am trying to login to Quickbooks, but it keeps loading and gets back to login page. 

I tried the following multiple times:

- erasing cookies, history, etc 

- Changing Browser and incongnito mode

- Restarting apps, and computer

It's working on my mobile phone, but not here any more. 

Pls help
