Sorry no.  You will have to upgrade to Online Premium to enter self employment income and 1099K.  Or  use any of the Desktop programs.  All the Desktop programs have the same forms but you get more help in the higher versions, like Home&Business for self employment.

Self Employment tax (Scheduled SE) is automatically generated if a person has $400 or more of net profit from self-employment. You pay 15.3% SE tax on 92.35% of your Net Profit greater than $400. The 15.3% self employed SE Tax is to pay both the employer part and employee part of Social Security and Medicare. So you get social security credit for it when you retire. You do get to take off the 50% ER portion of the SE tax as an adjustment on 1040. The SE tax is already included in your tax due or reduced your refund. The SE tax is in addition to your regular income tax on the net profit.

Little confused, as of right now just say I started to do w2 form from regular job which is pretty much done, if i have already done with regular w2 from an employer (retail) and do side gig as a hobby just to earn more money, still have to upgrade to premium? For me to be on the safe side, I also did pay self employed taxes and federal (10%)

All your income W2 & 1099 goes on the same tax return.  You will fill out Schedule C for self employment income.  You can enter Schedule C for Self Employment Income into Online Deluxe but if you have any expenses you will have to upgrade to Premium version. Or use any of the Desktop Download programs.

So you can start entering your SE into Deluxe but if you try to enter expenses it will ask you to upgrade to Premium.

How did you pay the SE tax?  Did you make an estimated payment?    To enter Federal or State Estimated Taxes Paid, including a state estimated payment made in January for the prior year, go to

Federal on left or at top (or Personal for Home & Business)

Deductions and Credits

Then scroll way down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid

Estimates - click the Start or Update button
If you made more than 4 payments - at the bottom is + Add another payment

I do not have any expenses. Just making extra money as side gig. When I did my SE taxes, I do it as estimated taxes through irs (federal) and state taxation (state) to pay for SE taxes. I know at this point for 1099-k, still not ready to file yet since it says its coming soon
