While filling out turbotax info from my W2 the box 14 has two abbreviations (OR-STT-WH I know) but (ORPFML) has no category to choose from?

You will have to ask your employer what the abbreviations stand for in box 14 if you are unsure. If you can't find the matching description in TurboTax, then you need to choose "other" in the list. The amounts entered in box 14 on your W-2 form don't typically effect your tax return directly, but you may need to know what they are to answer other questions in the program.

You indicated you know the first one..

The second one would likely be for

a)  Oregon Paid (Family) Leave Wages

or b) Oregon Paid (Family) Leave Withholding/Contributions

the two are different selections, but I would guess that if teh $$ amount is close to your Oregon box 16 wages....then it's likely the "Wages" category.   

if it's a fairly small amount.  .then it's the Withholding selection
