Your TurboTax fees are not based on the amount of the tax refund you are receiving. The fees are for using the software and on which version of the software you used-----you have to pay the fees for using the software even if you owe tax due and are not receiving a refund at all.
Did you use the help of "Live" expert to prepare your tax return? If you did not use the help of an "expert" you can clear it and use a lower version.
