While filing my W2s it would say we will do your 1099g form later. Now once I finished my W2s did not let me back to file my 1099G form how can I file it even after my W2s have been accepted?

What do you mean "my W-2's have been accepted?"    Do you mean you e-filed your return and it was accepted?  If you e-filed without it, you will have to wait until the return has been fully processed and then amend it to add the 1099G to it.  Whenever you are in doubt about something you think you need to enter on your tax return ask here BEFORE you e-file.  It is much easier to fix a problem before you file incorrectly.

If you really e-filed already, and it was accepted, post back for further help with what to do next.

What did you get a 1099G for?  If it was for a state refund you got you might not have to enter it.

A State Tax Refund is taxable if you itemized deductions on that prior year's federal return and took a deduction for state income taxes instead of the sale tax.  You got a deduction benefit for it so now you have to include it as income. If you took the standard deduction it is not taxable and you don't need to report it.

If you filed the Free Edition last year you took the Standard Deduction and the state tax refund is not taxable and you don't have to enter it.
