Which turbo tax software will give me Schedule D and Form 6252

I am NOT a small business - retired person trying to enter long term capital gains on an a personal home I sold and hold and collect mortgage payments (monthly) on.

TurboTax Premier will handle your situation if you want an online product. And any of the CD/Download Products will handle this, but Premier will provide the most information and assistance.
