Which level of Turbo tax includes the filing of the Oregon State forms also and what is the cost?

All Online versions can do a state return.  Currently state is an extra $39 in Online and free in the Free Edition.  For the Desktop program Deluxe and above comes with a free state Program download then each state return is $25 to efile or free to print and mail.  

To do state you first have to fill out federal for it to flow over to the state.  You can’t do state by itself.
