Where should I input interest received on my W2 from retro pay?

I received retro pay from my employer for overtime and received an ADDITIONAL 12% interest on that pay. Where should I add this in my w2?

They didn’t include it on the W2 in box 1 or 14 or somewhere? Maybe they need to give you a 1099 INT for interest?
