Where or how do I enter the amount of estimated state (AL) tax paid in 2025?

it's entered under Federal along with Fed Estimates.  Under Deductions & Credits / Estimates and Other Taxes Paid

if you don't see that option with Online on the left menu go to Deductions & Credits Summary and on that page click "Add More Tax Breaks" and then either use the search box or scroll down to that section
