Where is the update foe Connecticut's 1040? Frustrated waiting for it. anyone using it?

Turbo tax said it would be available 1/31.

I entered a ton of information yesterday and it did not save everything. I'm being asked to reinput. Only random pieces are saved from yesterday. I had completed state and federal while waiting on an additional form. Frustrating!
