Where is the tax menu? I need to amend a prior year and all instructions on how to do that require me to use a menu that does not exist. I only see account and sign out.

I am trying to amend a previous year's return. The instructions tell me to access a tax menu on the lefthand side of the screen. There is no menu there. There is just the turbotax logo then "Intuit Account" and "Sign Out" far below that. Every time I sign into my account this is the same. I see no way to get to anything other than the questions about life changes that may impact my next yearly tax filing.

You have to log in to the same account.   You need to start entering some basic Personal Info in 2021 for the side menu to open up. Just continue a little ways into 2021.

To amend a previously filed return in TurboTax Online that was prepared with the same account:

1. Click on Tax Home on the left. You should see Hi [Your Name], let’s keep working on your taxes!
2. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents. Click on the caret on the right
3. Click on the year you want to amend. 2020 should automatically come up.
4. Select Amend (change) 2020 return
