Where is the place to record estimated state income taxes?

No place on Federal tax section for estimated taxes.

To input your state estimates into TurboTax, you need to go to the Federal Taxes tab

• Federal Taxes (Personal if using TurboTax Self Employed or Home and Business version)
• Deductions & Credits
• You may need to click on Skip to see all tax breaks
• Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid and click Show More
• Estimates
• Start or Revisit

On the screen Estimated Taxes, you will see the option State estimated taxes for 2016

When you click on start you can input your state estimated payments.
