Where is the opportunity to file?

To electronically file your return in TurboTax, select File from the left hand side of your screen. TurboTax will walk you through the filing process.

I went thru all the pages and now the screen says I need to pay $170. I already purchased the software I intended to use (license code [product key removed]), but now I'm told to pay more??!

If you purchased the software you were supposed to install the software on your personal computer. Then start the program on the computer, create, complete and file the tax return from the computer.

The License code is for the software you purchased, not for the TurboTax online edition you are using.

Download the tax data file from the online edition and complete the tax return using the TurboTax software on your computer.
