Where is the "My Account" supposed to be listed on the web page. I just see a magnifying glass and a question mark ? I just want to exit and save info.

On the bottom left of the 2018 online edition just click on Sign Out

The tab "My Account" was present 2-3 years ago, but the web page was redesigned a couple years ago.  You likely saw an old thread that referred to "My Account" tab.

Online TurboTax saves your return each time you change screens.   As DoninGA said above, to exit just go to the left menu column and scroll way down to the bottom to the link "Sign Out."
