Where is the "left menu"? i am on the turbotax "welcome to turbo tax" page. Help bot said to go to left menu and select "Tax home." I see no left menu on the page.

There is a TurboTax logo at the top left, but it is not a menu. If I go to Turbo Tax itself, there is a "File" menu but it does not include the "Tax Home" option.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2022 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

Are you using the Online browser version or the Desktop CD/Download program?  They are different.   When you go to Turbo Tax  is the FILE menu at the top?  The Desktop program does not have a menu going down the left side in black.  The Desktop menus  go across the top. 

Are you looking for a prior year return?   If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online. So you need to make and keep your own backups.
