Where is the 8915-B form for 2019 Taxes?

It shows that the form was posted to IRS on 4/09/2020 but I do not see it in Turbotax.... https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f8915b.pdf

Newly issued forms do not go instantly from the IRS web site into TurboTax. The TurboTax development team has to program the new form, test it, and get IRS approval before they can incorporate it in the TurboTax software. The current estimated date for Form 8915-B to be available in 2019 TurboTax is May 14, 2020. That data is subject to change. You can check the expected availability of forms in TurboTax at the following link.

Both the 8915-A & 8915-B will be final in the 1040 update release on Wed Apr 22 (or Thur morning).

The Forms Availability site rjs linked to should show that by tomorrow morning (I'm assured by the person I just asked to update it..).
