Where is record of electronic payment of taxes owed and paid with 2018 Filing for Extension that I just completed? Program asked for routing numbers and account numbers?

At peak times it can take the IRS 7-10 days to take payment.  You will not be penalized for a delay if you have filed before the deadline.
