Where is my download after purchase?

I just purchased  Intuit small business taxes order #QSTC107949196.  I received the email to click on "view download"  and when it takes me to the download site, there are no downloads available.  Whats up with that?  I just paid $169.99 for nothing??

I cannot download without using Microsoft and I have a 2018 Mac.

Did you buy Desktop "Business"  ?  (not the same as Home&Business ).

IF you bought "Business", then that particular version sis not available for MACs and can only be installed on a Windows computer.   IF you have no Windows computer, then you'll have to get hold of Customer Support for a refund:

Or find a Windows computer to install it on like a friend Or family.
