Where exactly I enter ISD (Independent School District Tax) I payed in 2016 ? Resident state is TX.

In Texas this Tax is linked with your Real Estate Property Tax, if you own your home. If you are Itemizing your Deductions (Schedule A) in TurboTax, you will enter the total amount of your Property Tax expense.
