Where do you enter short-term gap in health insurance in turbotax? It does not appear as an option anywhere.

It applies it automatically.  You just need to indicate which months you did have insurance (and any other exemptions that may apply) and if you qualify for the 'short gap' exemption, the program applies it automatically.
