Where do TurboTax subscribers get their support ID number? I can't find it on the webpage after login.

I bought a software to do my taxes but it allowed for one state free. I had to do two states, so I got second software and tried to install but it told me that I have to remove the first one before I can install the next. I did do that but when I went to install the new one it does not let.

Did you buy an entire Turbo Tax software or just Turbo Tax state? As you would not need an entire federal and state just to receive the extra state.
