Where do I report my Disability Income?

If it is Social Security disability you should have a SSA1099 to enter:

Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security  (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.

If it is some other kind of disability----what form is it reported on?   Did you get a W-2 or a 1099 for it?
