Where do I put my estimated taxes from last year on the 2016 form? Where do I fill in the 1040 information?

You'll add your estimated tax payments in 2016 by clicking on the Federal Taxes tab, then Deductions & Credits, then scroll down to Estimates & Other Taxes Paid, then Estimates.

Click Start and you'll land on a new page marked Estimated Taxes.  You'll see there are sections for federal, state, and local estimates.  This is where you'll enter those estimates that you paid.
