Where do I put 2016 federal income tax paid with form 1040 filing in 2017?

I paid the $413 due on my 2016 Form 1040 when I filed it 2017.  Where do I enter this on the 2017 return? Turbo tax  indicates only state and local tax and did not see anything for federal tax due on the 2016 return paid in 2017.

If you paid federal taxes owed to the IRS on a prior year federal tax return, the amount is not deductible on the current year federal tax return, so there is no place to enter the amount. As you mentioned, you may be able to deduct state and local taxes in the year they were paid, even if they are taxes from a prior year.
