Where do I input an estimated tax payment that I made to the state?

It is perhaps counterintuitive, but you enter most state estimated tax payments on the federal section of input.

Go to Federal->Deductions & Credits->Estimates and other taxes paid->Estimates or Search for "estimates paid" and jump to it.

Click Start for state estimated taxes paid.
