Where do I go to start getting my stuff entered for this year’s taxes

Just start gathering your tax information in a folder.  For the software, it's way too early for that.   The very early versions of the Desktop tax software might be available in November....but it will be pretty crude, unfinished and will require extensive updates before it will be fully operational.

Online software?  Maybe late Nov or December, but that's just a guess.  Might also be pretty crude in the first versions.

It is usually best to not even start until the first week in Feb to avoid frustration with some of the most significant software errors.

To keep organized during the year and make filling in the tax return easier you need a good bookkeeping system ... You may want to try the Quickbooks Self Employed version if you file a Sch C :     https://quickbooks.intuit.com/oa/selfemployed/?cid=ppc_G_e_US_.QBSE_US_GGL_Brand_Top+Terms_Exact_Sea...

Online Turbotax software products for tax year 2019 are not yet available. Check back in about one month (December 1).
