Where do I go to change My P.O. box to my Street Address in my MD. tax return

If you want to change it for the federal return too just go back to Personal Information and you can change it there.  Otherwise going through your state return step by step might bring you to a question about your preferred address.   An alternative might be to file your federal return now with the PO Box and then go back and change it to your street address and file the state return.  That should work.
