Not every form has an EIN, you don't need the number to file the form, it is used to import the information automatically. If it is not on the form or it's not pulling up the right information you simply need to enter the information in manually, one box at a time.

If you are referring to a 1099-T then the EIN will be on the left just under the filers name and address, see the image below.
