Where do I find old employee 1099s?

1099's are not issued to employees. They are issued to independent contractors. Are you looking for 1099's that were issued to you, or are you trying to find a record of 1099's that you issued to someone who worked FOR you as an independent contractor?

If you are looking for 1099Misc you gave out the Quick Employer Forms only has the current year and last prior year, so 2022 and 2021. Unless you used the Windows Home & Business version and did them using the built in W2/1099 reporter.
