Where do I find form 982 on TT premier?

First of all, you would need to enter your Form 1099C in the program, 

In TurboTax desktop edition,

1. Open your tax file

2.  To the right upper corner, in the search bar, type in "Form 982" and Enter

3.  Select "Jump to form 982"

4.  On screen, Tell Us About Your Canceled Debt, make your selection and choose Continue to proceed.

To access Form 982, here are the steps:

1.  To the right upper corner, select Forms

2.  From the top, select Open Form, type in 982 and select Open Form  ( Please see attached screenshot)
