look under schedule C Part II. if you are trying to take a H O deduction as an employee forget it. changes in the tax laws eliminated this deduction starting in 2018.

Its for a LLC partnership between myself and my wife which is considered pass through entity. Last year I was using the home and self employed online version; instead this year, I want to use the business desktop edition to complete the 1065 partnership separately and issue k. Was H O deduction no longer applicable?

EMPLOYER ISSUED A W2 BECAUSE OF TRAINING. OVER 99% OF THE W2 SHOULD HAVE BEEN A 1099. NO TAXES WERE TAKEN OUT. CAN I DEDUCT BUSINESS EXPENSES WITHOUT A 1099?
