The 1095-B is for informational purposes only and does not need to be entered. It is usually from private insurance through work, medicaid, retirement, or VA. You would answer yes to the health care question and be done. This form just verifies that she had insurance. You would file it away with other paperwork. If it was a 1095-A from Obamacare ithen you would enter this. Go back to the health insurance section and answer the question asking if she had insurance coverage all year. If all the months you would say yes. If there are certain months that she did not have the insurance they program will allow you to enter this. Click the attached screenshots for further assistance.
